Howdy Partner! Rest your horse, grab yourself a cuppa moonshine and enjoy slow cooked ribs by the fire.

In November 2018, Ultimo Catering launched their Wild West christmas party activation within the newly renovated Centenary Pavilion at Claremont Showgrounds. We designed the internal and external spaces to suit the Americana ‘Ranch’ theme with rustic furnishings, bars and food stations, vintage photo booth area, an abundance of hay bales and locally sourced cacti and a kick-ass entry feature.
