Kartel is a worn, sun-drenched outpost, drawing inspiration from some of the world’s most iconic, exotic locations in Tijuana, Saigon, Beirut, Havana, Saigon and Mumbai.

The Event Mill was engaged to build the Kartel pop up bar site at Elizabeth Quay in December 2018. Complete with licensed bars, sea containers with rooftop decks, live music and a range of seating options to suit the 2000 person capacity venue.
